B2B Account Executive ‐ Sales

A trading company in Costa Mesa, CA is looking for a B2B Account Executive.

Job Title: B2B Account Executive
Pay: $70K-$80K/Y
Work Hours: Monday – Friday 8AM-4PM/ 9AM-5PM/ 10AM-6PM
Job Type: Perm
Location: Costa Mesa, CA

Job Descriptions:

• Discuss with Customer regarding upcoming orders and when they’ll need the material
• Analyze gaps in supply chain and recommend best course of actions
• Discuss with suppliers regarding their production needs and timing
• Coordinate the materials coming into the warehouse and the materials leaving the warehouse
• AP / AR Reconciliation as needed
• Cost Analysis
• Forecast Analysis
• Other duties as required

Requirements:

• Familiar with AP / AR (reconcile discrepancies)
•  Sales Business Development and Account Representative experience strongly preferred
• Supply chain experience
•  Must be able to do forecasting
• Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables / Vlookups / Formulas / Etc.)
• Moderate to heavy travel as needed
