Job Description
- Procurement and supplier management duties
- Inventory and Order management duties
- Supports and manages the COGS controls with the operation departments
- Attend trade shows, conventions, and business trips to discover new products, trends, and suppliers: May require flexible work schedules during business trips (may start as early as 3:00 am or 4:00 am, depending on the flight schedule and task.)
- Business trip as needed (average once a month depending on the situation)
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contractual agreements with suppliers.
- Payment and Record management duties
- Safety, loss prevention, and procedural compliance duties.
- Other Duties as required.
Requirements
- English and Japanese language skills – Read/Write/Speak – Fluent Required
- Excel skills would be preferred
