A trading company in South Bay, CA is looking for an Administrator.
Job Title: Administrator
Pay: $40K-46K/Y
Work Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30AM-5PM (At least two days in office and rest can be worked from home – the first 90 days will be fully in person due to training,)

Job Descriptions:
- Planning: Conduct support for analysis, based on future predictions or internal and external environments.
- Leveraging specialization related to business under your purview, support others in making plans
- Always be mindful of market and competitor trends, and make an effort to acquire expert knowledge
- Primary Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle all GA & HR related daily operations on own. Achieve the assigned goals in annual GA & HR action plan.
- Assist other members in order to process GA & HR daily operations. Check data for payroll processing for Exempt & Non-exempt Employees.
- Handle health insurance (medical, dental, vision, life, STD) related matters. Check data for shared savings plan – 401(k) related matters.
- Prepare new-hire employee document package and perform new-employee orientation.
- Arrange interviews to hire new employees by contacting employment agencies.
- Maintain employee data and personnel/medical files and other records.
- Handle other roles or special projects assigned by supervisor.
- The staff is required to attend the company events, gatherings and trainings during the work hours.
- The staff may be required to travel for business and / or work beyond normal business hours when necessary.
Requirements:
- Language skills: Ability to effectively respond to questions from customers, management, staff, and the general public in English and Japanese.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to individuals and groups in English and Japanese. Ability to write reports and procedure manuals in English and Japanese.
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions.
- Reasoning Skills: Ability to apply knowledge and sense of understanding to carry-out detailed written or oral instructions.
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variable in standardized situations.
- Other skills: Must be tactful, mature, flexible and able to successfully respond to multiple work pressures.
- Must be able to use a computer and applications soft as Microsoft Windows/Office etc
- 3 years or more of related knowledge and experience.
