A financial service company in Orange County, CA is looking for an Administrative Associate.
Position: Administrative Associate (JE)
Pay Range: $20-24/H
Job Type: Permanent
Location: CA – Orange County
Job Descriptions:
· General affairs and administrative functions including updating and handling corporate files and documents
· Data entry of documents submitted to department using excel spreadsheets and accounting system
· Prepare invoices/payments in accounting system and verify transactions with supporting documents
· Assist with employee relations
· Assist company events and any day to day operation of Department Manager/Coordinator
· Performs other duties as required
Requirements:
· 1-3 years of general business experience (administrative experience preferred).
· Bilingual in English and Japanese with strong verbal and written communication skills
· Proficiently advanced in Windows/Word/Excel/Email
· Typing Speed: 50WPM
