Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00M
Pay Range: $21.5 – $24/H

Job Description
- General affairs and administrative functions, including employee recordkeeping, handle in-coming and out-bounding calls to company and mails and etc.
- Assist with employee relations
- Compensation, benefits and payroll administration
- Maintain customer/vendor files
- Support and prepare invoices and cash receipt, purchases, and cash disbursements in accounting system and verify transactions with supporting documents
- Update office documents and reports
- Prepare PO for general and order and organize office supplies
- Assist company events and any day-to-day operation of Manager
- Other duties as required
Requirements
- Work Experience: 1-3 years of general business experience (administrative experience preferred)
- Education: Bachelor Degree is required
- Language: Bilingual in English and Japanese with strong verbal and written communication skills (Keigo)
- Computer Skills: Proficiently advanced in Windows/Word/Excel/Outlook/Internet Web Browsing
- General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
- Ability to identify and solve problems and take appropriate actions
- Must be detail oriented with strong analytical and mathematical abilities
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision and also with a team
