Work Hours: Monday – Friday 9AM-5PM Flexible 20-30 H/W

Job Descriptions:
AP/AR duties
- Monitors and processes credit card payments and adjustments.
- Responsible for the collection and ensures customers pay on-time by sending statements for customers with overdue.
- Posts accounts payable and receivable entries, answers inquiries and follows up, as necessary.
- Gathers necessary information to set up ACH/Wire transfer activities.
- Performs accounts payable clerical tasks such as reviewing, posting bills, communicating with vendors, and preparing payment such as checks/ACH/Wire transfer.
Other Office Support Duties

Requirements:
- AP/AR experience
- Any other office support experience would be preferable
