Title: Accounting Manager

Hours: Full time Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $100K – $110K/Y
Benefit: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401K
Travel: As needed between 5% – 25%
Job Description
- Supervise and oversee accounting personnel
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Process and manage GL and AP/AR
- Oversee cash-flow management and make continuous improvement plans for cash flow and make recommendations to management.
- Lead company semiannual budget establishment process
- Create and update profit forecast monthly
- Comply with and enforce internal EHS policies and procedures.
- Manage external agency financial and intermediate audits.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an accounting leader.
- Prefer prior accounting experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Knowledge in Job Order costing and related accounting procedures.
- Strong knowledge in US GAAP and other related regulations.
- English and Japanese language skills – Read / Write / Speak / Listen strongly preferred for both.
