Job Description:
- Process payment requests in the medical department: sorting invoices and collecting related documents to each invoice for authorization, communicating with accounting to proceed to payments, collecting receipts for credit card transactions in the team.
- Help sales team pursuit their daily activities: travel arrangement, credential requirements, radiation badge management,
- Help Sales Support Manager on Sunshine ACT reporting.
- Send monthly sales report to headquarter
Requirements:
- Experience in sales support or a related field
- MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Japanese reading, writing, speaking preferred
