A Trading Company in South Bay, CA is looking for an Account Executive ‐ Accounting

Work Style: In Office
Hours: Full Time: Monday – Friday 8:30AM-5PM
Pay: $48K-80K/Y

Job Descriptions
• Increase sales and business share with National chain accounts
• Maintain appropriate profit with accounts
• Maintain and establish customer and vendor relations
• Monitor inventory for customers and branches • Generate purchase orders based on inventory needs
• Process purchase orders and inventory transfers
• Presentations to customers (New Items, Sales Performance Reviews, etc)
• Prepare sales reports, keep sales records and file expense reports
• Constant research and update of information regarding trends, products, competitors
• Travel for business events and customer meeting (weekends included)
• Monitors customer invoices, credits, and payments
• Communicates daily with Branches, Vendors, and other depart
Requirements
• Minimum of 4 years of equivalent sales work experience
• Database management skills and experience
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills required (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Excellent English language and communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Familiar with Japanese food culture, preferred
