A Logistics Company in South Bay is looking for an Import/Export Operations Coordinator. 

Job Title: Import Operation (JE) ‐ Logistics

Pay: $55K ‐ $60K/Y
Work Hrs: Monday – Friday 8AM-5PM
Job Type: Permanent
Location: CA – South Bay

Job Description:

• Oversee import operations for goods arriving from the U.S., primarily ocean containers.
• Communicate with customers regarding the status of their incoming shipments.
• Coordinate with partnering customs brokers and trucking companies to confirm costs and arrange transportation.
• Issue invoices post-arrangement for shipments.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in freight forwarding or a related field.
• Bilingual in Japanese and English.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
