Job Title: Accounting Senior Representative – Accounting
Pay: $25-$28/H
Work Hrs: Monday – Friday 9AM-6PM (Hybrid)

Job Description:
- Collects and processes invoices for payment
- Posts details of business transactions to the accounting system
- Creates the sales report
- Reconciles sales data and bank statement and verifies discrepancies
- Prepares bank statements and other various working paper for financial closing
- Generates cash flow reports
- Reconciles accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
- Creates monthly financial statements and quarterly reporting package
- Provides accurate, timely and relevant recording and reporting of financial information to management and external parties
- Assists with and acts as the primary point-of-contact for auditor request Communicates financial institutes to maintain banking procedures
- Researches and monitors sales tax for stores
- Assists filing federal, state and other local taxes
- Monitors the credit limit of corporate credit cards and reconciles with bank statements
- Sets up business account with vendors
- Aids in the implementation of new accounting policies, standards and guidelines. Guides junior staff by answering questions and coordinating informational classes
- Performs misc. accounting and finance related tasks on ad-hoc basis
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- 3 years of accounting/finance experience
- Working knowledge of US GAAP principles
- Experience with accounting software Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
